You can keep going like this. You just don't want to.
Coaching conversations for more meaning in work and life.

Pay attention to it.
You've got a quiet, persistent sense that what you're doing and who you are aren't quite aligned. Something is asking for more...or asking for different. And it hasn't gone away.
The longing you feel isn't a problem. It's a signal worth following. And you probably already know that. Which is why you're here.
The questions that keep returning
How could I wake up actually wanting to go to work?
Does what I do still fit who I am?
How do I show up as the person I actually am—not the one I think others expect?
How do I find more meaning in the work I'm already doing?
Where would my life change if I were to do something different?
What would it take to feel at home in the life I've already built?
What coaching is actually like with me
I hold the structure. You bring what's real. Coaching with me isn't about being told what to do next. It's about creating the conditions for you to hear what you already know and say it out loud. What felt tangled becomes clearer. What felt stuck finds a direction. The next steps you leave with are ones you built yourself.
The approach draws from Appreciative Inquiry and solution-focused practice, frameworks that build from what's already working rather than what's broken. That orientation shapes everything, from the first conversation to the last.
The work follows an original framework—the Taxonomy of Longing—that maps where you are in the process of discernment. From the first unnamed ache that something needs to shift, through the exploration and visioning work, to the moment you're ready to move. You don't need to know which stage you're in when you arrive. That's what the first conversation is for.
What clients leave with is clarity on the next right step, practical decisions made, and, more often than not, a sense of relief that the questions they've been carrying have somewhere to go.
Wild Wayfinding Framework
Every coaching engagement moves through six stages. This is the order the work moves through. The pace, and where we linger, is shaped by what you're actually navigating.
Clarify: Naming what you want from this work, and why it matters. We establish an outcome frame together—even if the outcome is simply to explore. Values and priorities come into focus here. This is how we'll know we've arrived somewhere meaningful.
Explore: Discovering what's already strong, already working, already alive in you. Before we look at what's missing we look at what's present. This is the foundation everything else builds from.
Vision: Imagining what's possible beyond what's currently visible. The horizon. The places that look worth moving toward. Dream before design, and the beginning of choosing which direction is yours.
Map: Reading the terrain of the path you've chosen. Not just the steps but what lives between them—the obstacles, the decision points, the places where the path is clear and the places where it isn't. This is where we'll know you're on track.
Venture: Moving toward the outcome you named at the beginning. The steps are taken. The path is walked. Whether that means pursuing something new or building something alongside what already exists. This is where you step off the map and onto the path.
Navigate: This is where the journey becomes yours to keep. Navigate is not the end. It is the practice of continuing. Here you develop the capacity to read your own trail, adjust when conditions shift, and tend the path you have chosen with the same care and attention you would bring to anything that matters.
