Some things only become clear when you're moving.

Guided experiences that go deeper.

Where stillness meets movement

Wild Wayfinding‘s guided experiences bring mindful practices outside and in indoor communal space. There are walking, reflection, and creative moments that surface what conversation alone sometimes can‘t. Experiences invite you to slow down, notice more, and connect with yourself, with others, and the world around you.

Walk the book

Walking & Wayfinding: Create Your Own Mindful Practice, One Step at a Time, is designed to be read slowly, with attention and time to walk with each chapter. It's short and you can also read it in one sitting. If you'd like a more in-depth exploration of mindful walking, Walk the Book is a facilitated read-along with me that moves through the book in community, with guided reflection and conversation along the way.

Two virtual sessions, 45-minutes a piece, and open to those who wants to go deeper into the practice of mindful walking, whether you've attended a Wayfinding Day or are coming to the book fresh.

Walk the Book runs on September 15 and 22, 2026. It‘s a pay what you wish event. Hope you‘ll join me. Details and registration are here.

Wayfinding Days

A Wayfinding Day is a half-day or full-day guided walking experience that combines intentional movement, reflection, and creative practice. You walk. You notice. You write, draw, or create alongside others who are doing the same. And somewhere in the walking, in the slowing down and the paying attention, something shifts.

These walking experiences consistently surprise the people who show up. People arrive curious and leave glad they came. Watch this space for public Wayfinding Days or bring one to your organization.

Lea and guest on a Wayfinding Day

”Lea is an expert guide who began by encouraging us to define an issue for which we sought clarity. Lea provided a workbook which served as a valuable tool to help guide our thinking. Each activity promoted self-awareness and added a new layer of depth to the experience. At the end of the day, I found myself with a newfound sense of clarity.”

Labyrinth Walks

Some learning happens best when people are moving. Wild Wayfinding's organizational experiences—labyrinth walks, guided walking sessions, and off-site reflection days—bring the body into the learning and create connection to self and others.

These experiences work as standalone team events, as additions to an existing offsite or retreat, or as opening or closing experiences for a conference day. Each one is designed for your group, your setting, and what you want people to leave with.

“I have walked the portable labyrinth Lea designed. I was skeptical that I would experience anything beyond simply being refreshed by a few minutes in nature, because I've never gotten much out of mindfulness exercises such as classical meditation or yoga. I was surprised to feel profound reflection and self-discovery in the labryinth.“

Coaching

My private coaching roster is currently full, though I am open to a conversation by referral only. If you would like to set up a time to speak with me about the possibility of individual coaching, please click the link below.

If you are a member of BetterUp or Spring Health, please set up an initial appointment with me on the platform. I look forward to speaking with you.

If you'd like to know more about what coaching actually is before we talk, the International Coaching Federation has a helpful overview of the coaching experience here.

“Lea is a very talented coach with a wonderful grounding presence. She has this way of being present in a calming and non-judgemental way, creating a safe space where it‘s easy to start seeing possibilities. Speaking with Lea helped me get unstuck on a major life topic in which I couldn‘t see the light for years (not for the lack of trying). And to top it off, it felt easy and fun! I don‘t know how she does it. I didn‘t feel like I was doing any work, or moving mountains, but somehow I came out of our sessions with major shifts.

I am so grateful.”

For ICF Certified Coaches renewing their ACC credential

On the Path: ACC Renewal Mentor Coaching

You‘ve been coaching. You know what you‘re doing. Credential renewal is a professional deepening, a chance to look at your coaching with fresh eyes alongside someone who takes the ICF Ethics and Core Competencies seriously.

On the Path is a ten-hour mentor coaching package held inside a roughly three-month container. At least three of those hours are individual sessions reviewing recordings of your coaching, and we can do more together if that is the kind of mentoring that will support you best. The remaining seven hours cover ethics and core competency review (and additional session review, if requested) will be structured with our own schedules—single hours, longer blocks, or a combination we decide together.

All sessions are virtual. The pace and shape of the container are ours to design together to best support your learning.

$1,500 | Ten hours | Three-month minimum | All virtual

Lea holds a PCC credential and is registered with ICF as qualified to provide mentor coaching hours for ACC renewal. She brings a background in higher education and serves as a training assistant with Erickson Coaching International mentor programs.
