You can feel it before you can name it.

Conversations for discerning what’s next.

Pay attention to what’s shifting

Something keeps returning when you slow down enough to notice it. If you’d like a companion as you pay attention to what that might be, I’m welcoming new private coaching clients. Click below to schedule a conversation, and we’ll explore together whether coaching is a good fit.

If you are a member of BetterUp or Spring Health, please set up an initial appointment with me on the platform. I look forward to speaking with you.

If you’d like to know more about what coaching actually is before we talk, the International Coaching Federation has a helpful overview of the coaching experience here.

The questions that keep returning

• Does what I do still fit who I am?

• How could I wake up actually wanting to go to work?

• What would it take to feel at home in the life I’ve built?

• What might change if I did something different?

• Where do the things that matter most show up in my life?

What coaching with me is like

I hold the structure. You bring what’s real. Together we make room for you to hear what you already know and say it out loud. What felt tangled begins to loosen. What felt stuck finds a direction. The next steps you take are ones you choose yourself. Along the way, you build trust in your own wisdom and the capacity to ask yourself the questions that guide you, whenever something else shifts.

The Wayfinding Framework

Informed by Appreciative Inquiry and rooted in solution-focused coaching, the Wayfinding Framework moves through six stages that help you notice where you are, imagine where you’re headed, discern your direction, and take your next steps with confidence. We walk through these together during the entire coaching engagement, at your pace, returning whenever needed.

What clients notice

“Lea is a very talented coach with a wonderful grounding presence. She has this way of being present in a calming and non-judgemental way, creating a safe space where it‘s easy to start seeing possibilities. Speaking with Lea helped me get unstuck on a major life topic in which I couldn‘t see the light for years (not for the lack of trying). And to top it off, it felt easy and fun! I don‘t know how she does it. I didn‘t feel like I was doing any work, or moving mountains, but somehow I came out of our sessions with major shifts.

I am so grateful.”

For ICF Certified Coaches renewing their ACC credential

On the Path: ACC Renewal Mentor Coaching

You‘ve been coaching. You know what you‘re doing. Credential renewal is a professional deepening, a chance to look at your coaching with fresh eyes alongside someone who takes the ICF Ethics and Core Competencies seriously.

On the Path is a ten-hour mentor coaching package held inside a roughly three-month container. At least three of those hours are individual sessions reviewing recordings of your coaching, and we can do more together if that is the kind of mentoring that will support you best. The remaining seven hours cover ethics and core competency review (and additional session review, if requested) will be structured with our own schedules—single hours, longer blocks, or a combination we decide together.

All sessions are virtual. The pace and shape of the container are ours to design together to best support your learning.

$1,500 | Ten hours | Three-month minimum | All virtual

Lea holds a PCC credential and is registered with ICF as qualified to provide mentor coaching hours for ACC renewal. She brings a background in higher education and serves as a training assistant with Erickson Coaching International mentor programs.
