About the event
Wayfinding Days are walks where something has a chance to shift. They are an opportunity to set an intention, pay attention, notice, and become more aware of what is going on around you and inside you. I've been walking them solo and leading groups for a few years now. I hope you'll join me this month for a shorter, complimentary version to try it out. Each Walk with Me Wayfinding Day follows a simple structure: You walk in, moving through the noise of the morning, settling into your body, beginning to arrive somewhere. You pause in the middle, sitting, noticing, naming what surfaced on the way. And you walk back out, carrying something you didn’t have when you started, even if you can’t quite put words to it yet.
