About the event
Passionistas Amy & Nancy Harrington team up with Wild Wayfinding's Lea Appleton to bring you a mindful walking and writing experience at the beach. Spend a morning doing gentle movement, responding to invitational writing prompts, learning some mindful practices, and combining them together to create a reflective inquiry into your own life story. Come away with a story map of where you want to begin, knowing what you wish to highlight, and choosing thoughtfully what you would like to share with the world as you craft your story in the company of a supportive community.
